Assassin's Creed Introduces Bizarre AoT Collaboration for Thanksgiving
In a unexpected crossover event that challenges conventional predictions, Ubisoft has unveiled an digital collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected Thanksgiving event continues from November 25 through December 22, offering no-cost extra story content for Shadows players.
Mysterious Mission Revealed
According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where rumors of banned practices and terrifying changes echo through the shadows." The plot presents a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a clandestine cult.
The adventure focuses on "bizarre experiments and a monstrous foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Locations and Metamorphoses
The trailer features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer concludes with a striking scene showing a character, likely the prisoner, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Prizes and Additional Features
Players who successfully complete the adventure will obtain an unique katana alongside numerous artifacts concealed throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also features premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Newest Free Story Update
This patch also brings the game's newest free story addition, titled "The Enigma."
